For Bow as weapons - see Bow. Bow is a Combat proficiency used by Henry in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. The current level of Bow can be seen in the Player window below their character. Resistance. Picking poisonous plants made you more resistant, you get +2 vitality. Unlike the other perks in this skill, this one cannot be bought for perk points. Player receives it automatically
There are currently only 9 perks available in vitality. Don’t even waste your points on these useless ones and you can eventually get all of the other ones. I would prioritize getting both level 9 and 12 perks by level 12, then thickblooded perks at 15. the others you can pick up later (especially if you have Troubadour speech perk).

Uh yeah, I remember being stuck at lvl 19. As far as I can tell, the player level is the sum of all skill and attribute levels. So ironically, I've leveled to 20 while jumping over a fence, which gave me XP in Vitality and that pushed Henry of Skalitz to level up. Yes, train those low skills up and you'll reach 20.
