My friend had the same Issue and I fixed it as followed: -Start a custom (or normal) LoL-Game. -Go to Sound Options and then Advanced App Settings (or similar) -Here you have 2 League of Legends "categories", one for launcher and one for client. -Set both Standards to your Game-Channel of your headset.
I tried fully uninstalling anything related to League and Riot and then reinstalling. Upon installation, the same message pops up. I have tried checking my computer for updates and turning off any anti virus apps, as well as selecting “Run as Administrator”. I have also tried running the Hextech app which did not help either.
I'm at a loss, i've tried everything I know possible to fix the issue. I can't load into a game of TFT it hangs until not responding and exits to reconnect screen, this is an infinite loop until the game ends. I can get into a league game fine. Go to replay folder. Windows default: C:\Users\"your user"\Documents\League of Legends\Replays. Find the replay you want to watch. Timestamp of creation can help if there are several replays. Play a practice tool game. Just start and press the win game button. Download that replay and don't leave that screen.
Riot report system does not work. Basically the title. In the last 3 days I played with literal inter, afk and toxic players. In every second game I have to report one guy for running down, wishing death on my parents, and griefing. 5 mins in the game, player dies, 'ff15' doesnt even try to focus. So I report the player, but never get feedback
